1. Nomination
In the first instance, your home university must officially nominate you by e-mail to vyborna@mup.cz. This e-mail must include:
2. Fill in Erasmus Application Form
Student will have to fill in the Erasmus Application Form.
After the application is filled in and submitted, print it out, sign it and bring it to your Erasmus Coordinator for his/her signature.
3. Fill in Learning Agreement/LA
Write into the Learning Agreement the courses you would like to/have to attend at our university and discuss your choice with your departmental co-ordinator.
The printed out forms are to be checked and confirmed/signed by the Erasmus Coordinator of your home university.
4. Send both documents together with:

When we receive these documents we will confirm the Application Form and the Learning Agreement and send by fax and by post the originals back together with Acceptance letter to the International Office of your university.
