Rich Site Summary (RSS)

What is RSS?

RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content (news items). It refers to information sources that have the ability to notify users about newly added information and other news items automatically.

How to read the news?
Users may read the news items in the same way as usual, i.e. reading one item of news after the other.
In case anybody wishes to read the news items on our RSS channels, they may do so primarily in the following two ways:

a) With the use of web browsers - almost all web browsers (with the exception of old versions) are able to read the information from RSS channels (the web browser saves the address and then automatically uploads news and displays them in a similar manner as an email client).

b) With the use of RSS readers - RSS readers are special programmes that the users (readers) must install on their computers; RSS readers can also access RSS channels and display new web content. Depending on the type (and usually also depending on the price), RSS readers may provide additional services, such as the ability to save news items into folders, filter the news items, download only news items that comply with specific criteria, etc. Once the source address is entered into the programme, the RSS reader will work without further need to operate it.
