On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Metropolitan University Prague, the 8th MUP Gala Ball will be held on Friday, 18 March 2016, from 7:30 p.m. in the magnificent premises of the Municipal House at Náměstí Republiky in Prague 1. Once again, the event will have three halls at its disposal: the unique Smetana Hall, the Sladkovský Hall, and the Grégr Hall.

On the 2nd March 2024, we had our traditional Prague tour for the summer semester Erasmus students and MUP Buddy Team members.
A special event dedicated to Japan offered students the chance to taste Japanese sweets, roll their own sushi, write Kanji characters, and discuss the unique country with several Japanese students studying at MUP.
Come experience the cultures, languages and foods of Asian countries, including a rare exhibition of Japanese samurai armour. Talk to the Asian students at MUP about their universties. Taste the flavours of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and others. Bring your own Asia-related items, clothes and foods for this intercultural and welcoming event.
