Electronic Application

Electronic Application to studies at Metropolitan University Prague for the 2012/2013 academic year may be submitted here.

1. Please note that upon completion of the Electronic Application, the form must be printed out, signed by hand, and submitted together with the required documents either in person or by post to the following address:

   Please remember that in addition to specific requirements, pertaining to the individual specialisations, all applicant are required to submit:
   
   a) a proof of payment of the administrative (registration) fee in the amount of CZK 500 (for payment details, please consult here)
   b) a certified copy of the relevant secondary school leaving certificate or university diploma or, as the case may be for graduates of foreign educational institutions, its official recognition, according to the application guidelines for the individual specialisations.
