Application Process 2012-2013

On-line Application Form for Incoming Erasmus Students

This is what you will have to do if you want to become an Erasmus Exchange student at Metropolitan university Prague (MUP):

DEADLINES
For winter semester and whole year: June 15th 2012
For summer semester: November 30th 2012

1. Nomination

In the first instance, your home university must officially nominate you by e-mail to fantova@mup.cz. This e-mail must include:

• Name
• Study programme
• Study period
• E-mail address

2. Fill in On-line Application Form for Incoming Erasmus Students

Student will have to fill in the On-line Application Form for Incoming Erasmus Students. The learning agreement is part of the application.

After the both documents are filled, print them out, sign them and bring them to your Erasmus coordinator for his/her signature.

3. Send Application Form and Learning Agreement together with:

• Transcript of Records 
• One passport photograph

by post to our department:

When we receive the above mentioned documents we will issue the Letter of Acceptance and confirm you the Learning Agreement, the originals will be then sent back to your exchange coordinator by post.

Study Term: 8 October 2012 – 18 January 2013
Examination Period: 19 January 2013 – 22 February 2013

Summer Semester
Study Term: 25 February 2013 – 24 May 2013
Examination Period: 25 May 2013 – 28 June 2013
