Institute for the Media (IPM)

The chief objective of the institute for Media Studies is to analyse the process mechanisms and activities of current Czech media. The activities of the institute contribute to clarifying the role of media in key social issues and their inherent development. In addition, the institute provides MUP Humanities students with an opportunity to take part in research activities aimed at the media and apply their research results to their courses addressing the topic of media and communication.
