Application Process for Exchange Students

DEADLINES
For winter semester and whole year: June 15th
For summer semester: November 30th

1. Nomination

In the first instance, your home university must officially nominate you by e-mail to vyborna@mup.cz. This e-mail must include:

Name
Study Programme
Study Period
E-mail Address

2. Fill in Application Form for Exchange Students

Student will have to fill in the Application Form for Exchange Students.
After the application is filled in and submitted, print it out, sign it and bring it to your Exchange Coordinator for his/her signature.

3. Send Application Form together with:

One photografh
Transcript of Records

by post to our department:

International Office

Czech Republic

When we receive these documents we will confirm the Application Form and send by fax and by post the originals back together with Acceptance letter to the International Office of your university.
