While the role of blood relationships in Western societies has almost disappeared, its influence in the Middle East is still very significant. Indeed, some observers believe that due to recent events, the importance of extended families has even increased. Experts from Pakistan, the UK, Israel, USA as well as the Czech Republic will be helping us explore this issue.
