KLÍMA, Karel. Ústavní právo srovnávací

1st ed. Prague: Metropolitan University Prague Press and Wolters Kluwer, 2020. ISBN 978-80-7638-012-7

The concept of the presented monograph is based on certain global universals of comparative constitutional law. First, to examine the historical patterns that influence the development of constitutionality in the world. But at the same time we focus on individual groups or contemporary "waves" of new (democratic) constitutional systems, their peculiarities and benefits. The author includes selected "appendix studies", which freely follow up and supplement the theoretical potential of one of his last theoretical monographs "On Constitutional Law". The author indirectly follows up on his share in the hitherto unique monograph, which under the guidance of doc. J. Blahože as "Comparative Constitutional Law" has been published in five editions in the last 20 years and is thematically unique in the Czech Republic, but also in the wider European and world context. The presented monograph is fully focused on the evaluation of comparative material so that the encyclopedic message does not unnecessarily repeat the theoretical and valuable starting point contained in the works, which the author originally created or conceptually co-authored. This work is then adequately referred to or included (especially articles and proceedings) in the list at the end of this work.
