College of Visegrád+

The College of Visegrád+ is an innovative, new, collegiate, youth leadership training programme focused on educating the next generation of leaders within the Visegrád Cooperation: a regional alliance of four Central European countries, namely the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Poland.

Launching in 2024, we will organise a “Weekend University” at the Campus of the Ludovika University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. The event will gather college students as participants and international lecturers from V4 countries. It is our hope that the graduates of our programme will have a better understanding of the shared history of our Central European region, possess greater mutual respect towards our cultures, and will be better equipped to promote understanding between V4 countries.

During the course of the 2024 College of Visegrád+ Weekend University, college students will jointly draft a manifesto titled the "College of Visegrád+ Students’ Declaration on the Future of the V4".

The College of Visegrád+ Weekend University is a joint initiative of four universities from the Visegrád Four (V4) countries and is officially supported by a Visegrad Grant of the International Visegrad Fund.
