The transition of physically handicapped graduates to the labour market
Metropolitní univerzita Praha ve spolupráci s Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet Trondheim (NTNU) realizovali projekt zaměřený na uplatnění studentů s primárně tělesným postižením na trhu práce. Projekt byl podpořen v rámci programu Spolupráce škol a stipendia Norských fondů a fondů EHP („Program CZ07“) a jeho výstupy jsou určeny široké veřejnosti na norské i české straně. Za obsah a cíle projektu ručí výhradně realizátor projektu, nikoliv DZS a Kancelář finančních mechanismů.

Smyslem projektu je diskuse s norským partnerem projektu a načerpání zkušeností se zaměstnáváním dané cílové skupiny po uzavření studia na univerzitě v Trondheimu. V rámci projektu se uskuteční odborný workshop v Norsku a pak především větší mezinárodní konference v Praze. Hlavním výstupem celého projektu pak bude ucelená publikace shrnující zkušenosti a doporučení k řešení problematiky nejrůznějších zainteresovaných stran na české i norské straně projektu.

The transition of physically handicapped graduates to the labour market (NF-CZ07-ICP-1-039-2014) which is supported through the Norwegian Financial Mechanism („Program CZ07“) is realized by Metropolitan University Prague (MUP) in collaboration with The Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The main topic of the project is focused on sharing experience of handicapped graduates´ transition to the labour market and present condition in this area. Both universities have a rich experience in this field.
At the beginning of project, there will be set up the team of specialist from both universities as a implementation team of the project which will close determine the topic of the project. During following activity, NTNU will organize topical workshop. The main part of project will be international conference held in Prague (UNIs, Ministries, etc.). During the final activity will be published comprehensive publication about the project´s conclusions.
